1. Use of the Service requires connection of a Phantom Wallet.
2. Management of wallet private keys and seed phrases is the responsibility of the user.
3. Airdrops are limited to once per wallet address.

1. The content of distributed/exchanged NFTs is not disclosed in advance.
2. The value of NFTs and tokens may fluctuate, and we do not guarantee their value.
3. Once executed, transactions cannot be reversed due to the nature of blockchain.

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

1. Duplicate applications using multiple wallets
2. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
3. Acts that cause trouble to other users
4. Use for illegal or improper purposes
5. Unauthorized access to systems using technical means

1. The copyright of content provided in the Service belongs to us.
2. NFT purchasers acquire appropriate usage rights for the purchased NFTs.

• Losses due to cryptocurrency value fluctuations
• Losses due to wallet loss or theft
• Transaction failures due to network failures
• Unauthorized access by third parties
• Losses due to user operational errors

1. We may change or suspend the content of the Service without notice.
2. We shall not be liable for any damages caused to users as a result.

1. In the event of disputes related to the Service, resolution through discussion between the parties shall first be sought.
2. If resolution through discussion is difficult, resolution shall be through international commercial arbitration.
3. Applicable law shall be the law of the user's place of residence or internationally recognized commercial customs.
